It is acne and it isnt. Mine is spreading now to my cheeks and I hate it. I am 33 yrs old and I havent found anything that helps. I know there is no real cure but I was wondering if any of you have suggestions. Tbanks

Art,
I think I am partially coming down with it as well. I have noticed gains when improving my overall digestive health. Make sure you are adding EFA's to your diet, along with digestive enzymes. What do you think caused the condition? Are you stressed a lot?? I know that's what did it for me. You need to find a way to control that stress.. and it seems that laser's help to remove some of that redness. GL |

Have you guys tried curezone.com? Go to the page and do a search for Rosacea. I know people have been cured/helped by liver flushes and Dr HUlda Clarks 'zapper'.
There is *loads* of info on that site! |

I have seen it, and some of the "cures" seem a little crazy to me.. doing liver flushes with epsom salt etc.. Do you really know people that have been cured from it?? Can I see before and after pictures of them?? I'll beleive it when I see it. I'm a litttle skeptical. |

No I dont actually *know* people personally who have been cured, or helped. But I have read accounts on the forum... I will have a search and see if I can find any particular ones. YOu could also go to the 'ask shelley' forum and ask her about it, she is very clued up and has cured herself of acne by doing liver flushes (with epsom salts). What about the zapper? I know it all sounds a little whacky... but people swear by it!
