All donations are gratefully received. Even though I have only gotten about 12 in total and I personally know numerous people who have benefited, I am still going to give this e-book out for free. Hopefully should be ready sometime this weekend, I am working on it at the moment actually. Still a few hours of work to do first though. Kind Regards, Michael |
