Some of the new content I am adding is as follows:
1. Explanation of what the Glycemic Index is and how it effects acne.
2. Water - filtered and unfiltered.
3. More specific details of supplements.
4. Salt.
5. Constipation issues with regards to dirty blood and a simple supplement you can use occasionally when you need to relieve constipation (it is the dreaded B5 on an empty stomach in case anyone is wondering).
6. Exercise and testosterone levels.
7. Fluoride and it's effects (thanks to Sweetjade).
8. Which fish to and to not eat
Some other bits as well but I have not decided yet.
